Our organization is moving to a virtual recruitment process until further notice in response to COVID-19 (novel coronavirus disease). Our virtual recruitment process may include telephone/video interviews and other virtual opportunities to connect to make it as safe and convenient as possible for all candidates, employees, and caregivers. Our goal is as always to treat our people, our patients, and candidates with humankindness, -- putting safety first. Administrative Fellowship Program

Dignity Health’s Administrative Fellowship is now part of CommonSpirit Health’s Administrative Fellowship program and recruitment process. The CommonSpirit Health Administrative Fellowship is a national 18 month system-wide fellowship offered in our various operational divisions across the organization. Fellows complete four rotations over the course of a year and a half to gain exposure and develop valuable skillsets in the hospital, ambulatory, and leadership functions within their divisions. The 2021-2022 CommonSpirit Health Administrative Fellowship will include one opportunity in the Arizona Division and one opportunity in the Greater Sacramento Division with Dignity Health.

Frequently Asked Questions

How are CommonSpirit Health, Catholic Health Initiatives and Dignity Health related?

CommonSpirit Health is a national non-profit combined from two legacy organizations. In 2019, two of the largest health systems in the United States, Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health joined forces to create CommonSpirit Health. Today, CommonSpirit Health is the largest non-profit religious health system in the country and has a presence of 142 hospitals in 21 states.

The roots of Catholic Health Initiatives go back hundreds of years. Over time, CHI has earned a national reputation for providing a wide range of clinical expertise, and for advocating an ambitious agenda of social justice.

Dignity Health has grown from one hospital in 1854 to forty-one hospitals today plus many more neighborhood clinics and care centers. Dignity Health has always remained focused on the compassionate care it brings to its communities.
