Applying for positions and tracking your applications will be simpler, easier, and friendlier than ever. Here is what you need to know:
If you have an active application for a position(s) or have applied at a July 22nd facility in the last two years, you will need to update your profile in our new portal. Starting July 22nd, you can update your profile using your email address as your username and resetting your password. (You will receive a friendly reminder on July 22nd !)
Resumes, recommendations, transcripts and other documents will not transition so we advise updating your profile and re-uploading those documents when the new portal launches. You should do this immediately if you have an active application at a July 22nd facility as your supporting documents will not transfer with your application. (The new portal will no longer accommodate cover letters.)
To check the status of your application or submit a new one at a July 22nd facility, you will need to use your new login credentials starting July 22nd.
This will also be a great opportunity for you to link your profile to your social media accounts (LinkedIn, Google+).
During the transition, you will still be able to search and apply to all facilities by visiting dignityhealthcareers.org.
If you have an active application for a position(s) at an October 15th facility, your application and attached documents will remain in the old portal, so there is nothing that you need to do until October 15th.To check the status of your application or submit a new one, use your old login credentials until October 15th.
You may have to manage two profiles and two login credentials between July 22nd and October 15th. After October 15th, everything will be housed in our new portal and you’ll just use your new login credentials for everything!
