About Us

Our Work Environment

Chandler Regional Medical Center is one of the best places to work in the Phoenix metro area. It’s true. Just ask our employees! That’s what they told The Phoenix Business Journal for the last seven years as it has been voted one of the Best Places to Work in the  Valley.

What makes it such a great place to work? We value every single employee. From the ground floor to the boardroom, we know the sacrifices our employees make, the compassion they convey and the respect they deserve. And we do everything we can to make it up to them, from recognition parties and rewards programs to hand-written thank you cards and lunches with our top management.

Chandler Regional Medical Center has provided excellent patient care to Chandler and its neighboring communities for 50 years. It is this strong sense of community and the Dignity Health mission that defines our working culture. Here you will find yourself part of a close-knit team of dedicated and compassionate healthcare professionals. It is an autonomous and supportive setting where your accomplishments are recognized, valued and encouraged. As part of the Dignity Health organization, we embody and embrace their core values and mission. We recently underwent a major expansion, bringing our bed count to 225 and moving healthcare in Chandler into the future. The hospital is equipped with the latest technology including a wireless environment, state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and a Vocera wireless two-way communication system.

Our Hometown

Life in Arizona

As one of the fastest-growing communities in the nation, Chandler has transformed from a small agricultural town into the high-tech oasis in the Silicon Desert. Chandler combines old-world era and charm with modern day luxuries. Whether you prefer fabulous golf in near perfect weather, shopping, some long overdue pampering at one of our day spas, exploring our history, or just lounging by the pool, Chandler offers it all.

Located just southeast of Phoenix, the nation's fifth largest city, Chandler is a great place to live and work. The climate is sunny year-round, providing many opportunities for sport and recreation. Chandler is consistently ranked among America’s best cities on lists published by magazines such as Money and Prevention, and has made Relocate American’s top 25 list.

The nation’s fifth-largest city, Phoenix is a mecca for unique restaurants, a vibrant nightlife and endless recreational activities. From the opera to ballparks, hiking trails, zoos and casinos, Phoenix is filled with entertainment for all ages.

Popular Attractions

Like the outdoors? In a short drive from Phoenix you can hike, bike, fish, camp, and golf almost year-round. With lakes nearby, boating, wake boarding and water skiing are also popular outdoor activities. And for those of you who like to ski and snowboard, Phoenix is a mere three hours away from the mountains in Flagstaff and Sunrise. Enjoy culture? The city has its own symphony and opera company and hosts ethnic festivals throughout the year. You can visit museums or take in the theatre, too.

Are pro sports your thing? Phoenix has four major sports teams: the Arizona Cardinals, the Phoenix Suns, the Phoenix Coyotes and the Arizona Diamondbacks. The Valley of the Sun is also the official home of Cactus League spring training for teams such as the Chicago Cubs, Anaheim Angels, Oakland Athletics, and San Francisco Giants, among others.

There's no place on earth quite like the Grand Canyon State. It's more than our landscapes, which take in tall mountain ranges, swift rivers, grasslands, sand dunes, and cactus forests. It's not just our people, it's a vibrant blend of cultures and traditions. It's all these things, and the way they come together, that make living in Arizona a truly unforgettable experience.

Located in the heart of the Southwest, Arizona is a short distance to several states including Colorado, California, New Mexico, Utah and Nevada. In Arizona, you can escape to the ski-filled mountains, the pine-topped hill country of Payson, or enjoy the sunny desert climate of Prescott, Tucson or Sedona; it's all close by.
